We are energetic beings who consistently communicate throughout our lives to others around us with our energy. By supporting a deeper understanding of all that we are saying and all that we are asking for, we open up a portal for change. I am a trained energy healer courtesy of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and have graduated from PsychoEnergetics, a mindfully based therapeutic training course.I have apprenticed with The Hero's Journey Foundation. In addition to these programs, I have studied with herbalists, shamans, and in mindful meditation.
